INGREDIENTS

• 2 tablespoons buttermilk
• 1 cup whipping cream

METHOD

Combine 2 tablespoons buttermilk with 1 cup whipping cream. Let sit on the counter, covered, for 24 hours. The mixture will thicken. Dollop on desserts.
