If you want to make your sauces richer and more interesting, these naturally made sauces by Saucier are really wonderful. They are the brainchild of chef Roger Wils, who rose to fame running the beloved (and now missed) Cafe Brussel in Toronto. Using fresh, locally-sourced, organic ingredients, his sauce bases (which are fresh and also fresh-frozen) include a classic Demi Glace de Veau, a Demi Glace D'Agneau and a lovely Demi Glace with lingonberries and Cognac.
