You can use frozen blueberries for this. Drain well and increase the flour to 2 tablespoons. 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 3 cups blueberries 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup whipping cream 1 baked tart shell Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine flour, sugar and lemon rind. Mix with blueberries. Combine sour cream and whipping cream. Stir into blueberries. Place in tart shell. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until blueberries are bubbling. Serves 6. |
