Anchovy Bread

1/2 baguette

1/4 cup melted butter

1 tablespoon anchovy paste

Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 F. 

Slice baguette into half-inch slices to the base, but not through.

Mix together melted butter and anchovy paste and brush onto slices and over loaf. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp.
